What Shoes can I sell to Worth Its Weight for cash?
At our cash-for-shoes sites, you can recycle a large variety of new and used shoes, and we will buy these from you for 40p per kg. See below a full list of footwear we accept:

Where can I recycle my old shoes?
If you want to make a bit of extra money from your second-hand shoes, we have 13 drop-off locations throughout the South of England, with locations in London, Kent, Dorset, and more. We are open 9:30 am – 5.00 pm Mondays to Saturdays, and Sundays 10:00am – 4:00pm. (Please check our opening times per location before visiting) Simply bring your unwanted items to one of our recycling branches, and get paid cash for your items right on the spot!

How much does cash-for-shoes services pay?
We pay 40p per kg of shoes, as long as they comply with our list of accepted items. Any footwear you bring to us to sell will be sorted through and weighed, after that, you’ll be paid in cash on the spot based on their total weight.
What happens to the shoes I sell to Worth its Weight?
After you sell your unwanted shoes to us, we then upcycle any items that we’ve bought by putting them back into circulation. We make sure the items are given to communities in the UK, Africa, the Middle East, and Ukraine who will benefit from them.

How much is a kg of shoes?
If you don’t have a set of scales at home, there is no need to worry. As a rough guide, a pair of boots will weigh about 1.5kg, whereas lighter shoes such as ballet pumps and sandals will weigh approximately 0.5kg. Our team will be able to weigh your items and let you know exactly how much cash we can offer for them.
