Trade In Clothes and Unwanted Items FAQs
Does cash for clothes take bedding?
We do accept clean linen, such as bedsheets, as a donation. So while you won’t get cash for it, it can be a great way to get rid of old linen that is taking up space. And what’s even better is that it can be upcycled to communities that would benefit from having clean sheets. However, unfortunately, as part of our cash for clothes services, we do not accept bedding, including duvets, pillows, and cushions.
Does cash for clothes take shoes?
Yes, we do take shoes as part of our buying old clothes service. Currently, we pay 30p / kg for your old shoes. While they don’t need to be new, they do need to be paired up, and in a usable condition – although a little wear and tear is expected. Sadly, we will not be able to accept any shoes that are wet, damaged, or dirty, so bear that in mind before you bag them up and visit one of our sites.
